I personally feel it is a bit flimsy.
I normally modify a 2-gang extension socket with a plug and cable for the country I am visiting. Extension socket is bulky but often useful for charging whilst using your devices.

Take note Taiwan is 110V ac.

If phone or laptop charger, they are usually able to accept multiple voltages 100-240V AC. See the label to be sure.

laptop chargers tend to be dual voltage adapters.
Usb plugs too. But some battery chargers need to read labels. Rechargeable AA/AAA chargers need to read.

Now in taiwan I never use the multiplug.

I bring along 5 universal adapter for Taiwan.

Find hole to insert. Take out the hair dryer etc..

Do u understand how the lady got killed?
I am too lazy to think how she even got killed in such a low amp thing.
But with you even connecting up so many devices every night to charge, i think there is a higher chance, but it is just gonna happen to everyone else.
