I bought that from iHerb. But found it too heaty for me. Even at half the dose (1 tabs per day), I got persistent sore throat.

Oh. correction. I bought the tablets. Not the softgel. Seems to be slightly different

Hi,

I read some reviews on opti-men and it says that it'll produce neon yellow pee after taking it..
I wonearing if it will overwork our body organ like kidney or liver? Any enlightenment? :s11:

Yellow urine means sign on dehydration. Excessive vitamin will make ur urine turn yellow if I am not wrong.

neon yellow pee is common in all multi-vits. its just discharging of the excessive vits. animal pak (pak piss) and orange triad causes neon pee too. im currently on OT but only taking 1/2 the recommended dose atm

it's from vitamin B2, riboflavin. can google. it's nothing wrong. everyone also have neon yellow urine after taking multi-vitamin.

Anyone can recommend less heaty multivit? The softgel version of Now Foods Adam Superior also too heaty for me.

Not sure if this thread is still active but can someone recommend a multivitamin for a 20 y.o. female? Always falling sick easily. Been taking vitamin C but don't see the results even though been eating fruits to increase it :(

Solgar VM-75 is really good, check it out.
