Took anavite before but the smell/taste is really bad. Orange triad for me. Switching to AST's multipro..on a budget.

Taking the ocean now. Received as gift, so just finish it. Quite ok for me.
Last time I took the Now's Adam Man multi. Too heaty for me, even at half the dose. Keep getting sore throat and indigestion.

But the ocean, at $15 for 60, I feel that it's overpriced

Ocean Health's Multi is a very basic multi.

Currently using ON Opti-Men, which I take twice a day instead of the recommended three times, because I'm not working out now.

Quite popular because it's much more comprehensive with lots of 'manly' herbs, yet it's not too heaty like animal pak. Animal pak's also got lots of aminos...and it's good if you're on a heavy workout regime..but I feel it's overkill for the average person.

Just bought Orange Triad Multivits off a guy here *wink*

no bull****, i feel the difference from day 1. I used to have tired eyes problem. Multivits cured it, i guess. No more symtoms after a long day of facing computer :D

and they make your pee look shinny tho :D

Most people won't "feel" anything with a multivitamin, provided you have a reasonably good diet already. If your diet sucks, then its better to get a quality MV.

Even with a good diet, I don't wanna spend cash on rubbish lol.

That's just IMO luh.
