u are the epitome of total retardation by posting such ridiculous statements..

Reminds me of my old signature in this forum. Lol.

Slight portion copied from a forum

-Underdosed mineral complex (possibly vitamins if you like to see highe vit C/E percentages) Vit E is also only sourced as Alpha Tocopherol
-An EXTREMELY WEAK 3-6-9 complex, which I have no idea why the 6-9 complex is even utilized with the commonly associated excessive n-6 intake of an overwhelming majority of food intake. Notice the extremely low dosed EPA/DHA utilized as the LAST TWO INGREDIENTS in a very weak 788 mg prop blend
-2 Prop blends for fruits/veggie extracts and green blend. Possibly efficacious dosing, unknown whether or not there will be a significant impact in improvements of immune system functioning
-Antioxidant matrix with decent ingredients, however, very likely underdosed based simply on my knowledge of trans-resveratrol requirements
-The Armor Blend/System Maintenance Detoxifying Matrix almost seem pointless to include as the blends are doesd under 100mg when benefits derived from any single ingredient in those blends would need more than 100mg individually.

May i ask is orange triad suitable for daily consumption for average person? i mean.. im not very into going gym, body-building kind of exercise.. so is the product suitable? or should go for something "lighter"?

*edit* sorry, i read the ingredients got beef.. as i cant take beef due to religious reason. are there any other recommendations? Also, i will be buying the Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM.. is it ok to take both together?

Thanks in advance

did u take 3caps x 2?

this O.T multiV looks like some serious **** after reading the label :s22:

You could get away with half the dose (3 caps) if you feel your diet is sufficient to get vitamins and minerals.

However, by doing this you would be cutting the dose of the Joint/Digestion complex as well.

I always took 2 caps x 3, so it becomes 2 with each main meal.

hey guys,

I'm thinking getting multivits for my folks. Wondering which is the best for old people?

They're in their 60s. Generally good health, my dad had some kidney issue years back but it got better now.

Any recommendations?

I would like to try OT one day, although it will take a lot of discipline for me to eat 2 pills after every meal! haha

That's why I got Life Force to try first. For that, it is 2 tablets a day. But of course without the joint support etc. :)

Centrum not good, they are synthetic vitamins...

;)I recommend new chapter vitamins, organic and whole food based.

Are the multivits from GNC any good?

I compared them some time ago and GNC multivitamins aren't as good as competitors. Solgar VM-2000 has to be one of the best on the market. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Suggested Use for Orange Triad:
Initial (first serving): Start by taking 1 tablet to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Regular Use: Take 3 tablets twice per day with meals. Take this product daily. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.

wah!
