My desktop keep freezes screen, need help

Possibility of having both RAM faulty and a faulty new SAMSUNG SSD is very slim.

Likely cause

1. Corrupted OS​
2. Mobo BIOS/utilities not updated to support new hardware​
3. Defective 1T HDD
4. Faulty cables to casing/SSD/HDD/mobo/gpu

Items 5 & 6 sequence can be swapped to suit troubleshooting convenience

5. Faulty PSU
6. Faulty GPU
7. Faulty mobo
8. Faulty RAM (unlikely since already tried with 2nd RAM unless both RAM specs not supported by mobo)
9. Faulty SSD (unlikely as it’s a new SAMSUNG SSD & also RMA once)

Just sharing, anyway i had some issues of freezing with a cheap PC when playing games like dota.
was dam frustrated then i fond this fix to adjust the max load of my CPU like here: .
I think i reduce it slowly and at 50% or something. then suddenly no freezes.
Probably can give it a try

TS when not gaming does your computer freeze? Or only happens when gaming?

Back then my psu was faulty and freezes when gaming. Tested with another psu and all fine. End up rma the psu (around 4yrs old).

I do not know how you make such assumption especially faulty motherboard.
If faulty motherboard or PSU, the PC won't be able to turn on.
TS issue is it will random freeze which is mostly RAM or Windows issue
which many have advice him to do so but he seems don't bother to do anything about it
except complaining.

1. Faulty Storage drive - Windows won't be able to boot or BSOD when loading.
2. Faulty GPU - Screen artifacts or no display but TS PC can turn on and play games.
7. Faulty mobo - It is able to turn on.
8. Faulty RAM (unlikely since already tried with 2nd RAM unless both RAM specs not supported by mobo)
KLEV ram are supported by most motherboard and are sold locally.
There are China OEM RAM which I saw before, those will have compatibly issue but not KLEV.

PS I hope you are not a repair shop posting here hoping for someone to approach you.
If so, I hope no one patron you since not only you did not read through the thread
but clearly lack experience especially listing so much faulty part than might as well as say PC is spoilt.

Firstly have to see how old the PC is, RAM over time will have issue
thus this should be the first thing to troubleshoot and run test like Memtest.
Unless the PC PSU blown than yes many parts could be faulty but what was the issue in this case?

Lol why so unfriendly bro? Everyone here is to help.. Not like you are not in his shoes before right? Faulty PSU and mobo still can power on, just that whether can use how long and stable or not.. BUT a FRIED psu and mobo wont be able to power on (this is believe)

Also telling ppl you are the company you mention holds no water too tbh and just waiting for ppl to report u to your ex company.. I suggest to edit your post ba..

tested ....no issue with my ram

either large FFTs or custom FFTs 512 to 1024 with 90% ram

Best bring to a shop let them check.
It can be other factors like power supply, motherboard or Windows.

hi sorry to interrupt...i also facing this desktop freezing or bad laggin issue....

quite often.... causing me to force reboot the comp as it will not allow me to shut down or restart....

actually i am facing the same issue.

will do a memtest to troubleshoot..
