Some young xmm agent can sell 15 ILP policies a month. The ability to source for and close ILP compatible customers is mind blowing!

Insurance agents promote too many useless products to people.

I remember that one cannot use CPF to invest in certain investments but eligible to buy insurance.

So what insurance company did was to develop an insurance product that is 99% investment and 1% protection so that customers can get around that restriction.

Kinda sneaky IMHO.

This is damn stupid move and even make the insurance agent laughing to the bank..

Yes there are only so many years the agents take your insurance commissions but the management fee for handling your investment is perpetual.

Insurance isn't a scam but agents are unethical by pushing for ilp or endowment when a term plan might be more suitable for the clients.

The cost of coverage can be so little. Few hundred bucks annually or monthly depending your needs.

You rather spend the few hundred bucks to eat than to protect your love ones from a financial crisis??? If I suddenly walk out and Kanna bang by car today, I know my family will get the house for free, several investment plans fully paid and over additional 1M+ in insurance payout
