My nas cannot connect after using network switch

Just plug NAS into router directly then use Synology Assistant to search again. If can’t find, gg. Maybe can bring to MemoryWorld for help

disconnect everything leaving ur nas la n restart ur router la. turn off power switches n unplug.
all network cables also disconnect for 10 sec.

u all dun forget he configured his nas to direct lan cable connect to pc. so i'm not sure how to advise from there.

maybe u try use a different lan port on ur nas? not sure if the configuration is different for each lan port or not.

I tried that way is because I cannot get it detect. So it trial and error for my side

go to router admin page turn on dhcp server, then find ip of nas on router admin page

Mmm i think you has a dead nas.
Do the network connection lights come on when you plug the cable in? Does the nas sound like it is booting up ok?

Try a different port on the NAS?

There is a reset button uou can hold down for 4 seconds to reset the NAS network config.

all one, when i put in directly to pc via rj45, i can access the nas via webpage , which allow me to format my nas. which i have format to raid 5
