its not exception case, its standard policy, no need warrantystill my main phone.
but last week my sis went samsung service for her s23, quoted her $65 for screen change, exception case. Otherwise normally around $200+ but need to back up phone first. Repair time around 1 week

i don't have samsung phones, so i save $60 and time wasted going service centreif s series, just go service centre and pay $60 for labour fee

because during software update the phone heats up.. accelerating any inherent flaws between the panel interconnection to the mainboardUsually this happens after s/w update. Dunno if Samsung add this to force customer to upgrade their phones.
