I am getting soy protein from the UK website.

vegan protein are much cheaper than milk protein.

when I first started on non-milk protein, they only have unflavoured pea protein. it really taste horrible.

then slowly they came out with more flavour and I finally settled with soy.

my favourite flavour is caramel.

wow I'm glad I switched to ON. e powder mixes so much better, I dun feel bloated after drinking and most importantly taste (subjective I know) so much better than that e sucralose in myprotein stuff

1 week with ON:
Can feel the difference man. Way less bloating effect. Stomach smaller, lesser farting etc.

Jumped from ON to trainedbyjp, the taste and texture of performance protein is way nicer than ON
Mixability is also better but to be fair, ON mixability is also not too bad

MP UK is selling the 5kg whey pack @ £77 (40% discount + 10% promo code discount from original £155). after adding £9 shipping, it's ≈ SG$140. not sure if it's is a good price, as compared to other brand of powder.

I saw the local MP website selling the 5kg pack at $616 full retail price. are they crazy or what. they need to give at least 75%, if not it's better to order from the UK.

anyway I paid SG$135 for 6.5kg of vegan protein and am waiting for the shipment.
