Ordered from myprotein.com.sg on Singles Day as they have huge discounts. The amount stated on the receipt was S$175.67. However, I checked my bank statement and was billed $180.57. Anyone with similar experience?

Contacted their customer support and even provided ss of bank statement, but they insisted that they only charged S$175.67 on their end. Should I contact DBS and ask..?

You probably should. I've not ordered from myprotein.com.sg site, but it's possible they're using a foreign merchant account that incurs cross border charges for credit cards. $4.90 is about 2.5% of 175.67, which is what DBS charges in total for currency conversion + admin fee.

Until now, I am not sure what is the difference between .com.sg and .com (Both the prices of goods sold are comparable - myprotein started to sponsor the local instagrammers)
Is there a warehouse sets up in SG for myprotein?
Or they still ship their products from the UK but set up a local entity to help the tax man

they ship it from UK! so technically they are under myprotein.com too. the customer service guys are from UK so yup. prices are very comparable plus there is free shipping over 100 SGD. so no point ordering from myprotein UK anymore haha

Mine ordered on 4th of Nov, delivering via jersey post. Now still stuck in Inward Office of Exchange - what the hell is that? Google says it’s customs. MyProtein said it is at India, then I emailed again and they said it’s my local customs Anyone had such issues before?

Its very cheap, considering fitlion sell's ON gold standard 10lbs (4.5kg) at $172.

My total order in the past have been around 5-7 ish kg each. No issue, in fact I just ordered last week and received yesterday. In the past some of us had issues because the total items weigh more than 10kg

Hi my last order was from myprotein.uk when they offered 3 for 2 deal i ordered 3 x 5kg for about SGD $220 lasted about a year I was skeptical when they didn't offer free ship to SG anymore but just ordered 3 x 5 Vanilla whey (30% off voucher) from myprotein.sg and they even threw in 1kg free! All 16 kg for $214 $175 spent gives 1kg free from what they state My previous order was banana/vanilla flavour so this is about as good as it gets for me!
