I believe AbangSachok drink as post workout, so likely just water coz of convenience

Science has debunked the post workout anabolic window myth so I dont usually drink it after my workout. Instead, I drink them usually when i wake up and right before I sleep because its quick and easy to make to ingest some protein into the body.

guy, i buy from myprotein.sg. when I check product authenticity, the website mentions "Not Valid"

All the product from MyProtein.sg such as alpha men vitamins, protein isolate powder, all are not authenticity product.

Have you guys encountered this situation?

geez don't tell me the UK site blocked SG buyers from buying directly.

I'll try when I need reordering.

strawberry cream also nice. I drink mix it with water. If you need more calories can mix it with soya milk or milk itself. Super nice.

credit to someone's recommendation here, i tried a sample of the peach tea & bitter lemon flavours here:

https://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/clear-whey-isolate-sample/12081401.html
I gotta give it to MP for nailing this. The bitter lemon is arguably the best tasting one I ever tried. The peach tea tastes abit like the pink dolphin with a slight aftertaste. (I mixed with cold water only)

However, the white chocolate protein brownie is a miss for me. Didn't like it at all.

For starters: please always buy the sample sizes to try before buying 1 huge bag and regret.

I ordered first time from the British site on 25/6. Estimated Date to Arrive is 1/7 to 6/7.
Chatted Customer Service up (btw, their CS is piss poor, just wanted to get you off their chat; kept asking me to seek other channels and even ended their chat prematurely), but gotten no resolution.

Called up Singpost and they said they haven't got the item yet but the Speedpost number is a local delivery.

My previous transactions from the SG sites is smooth. What's the usual turnaround for the British site? Is there even any differences?

TIA for any inputs!
