Where is ONT activation waiver?

Hi everyone

Last Tuesday I applied to fibre broadband from M1. I talk with customer service about my own bedroom. I want separate another home fixed number from my own bedroom. But my brother use own wireless router, ont activation and home fixed number Starhub from living room at my home. I got free wireless router from M1. This morning technician checked OpenNet from my living room. Where is ONT activation from M1? I asked technician work from where. Technician said from OpenNet. I'm confuse where is ONT activation? If I must go to ask customer service from M1 soon about ONT activation.

Okay I need praise MR for this.
Because of MR 1Gbps plan, I can download Titanfall (50GB download) in 12 minutes at a speed of 80MB - 107MB per sec.

THANK YOU MR.

MR has very good speed for downloading from Steam. I have tested it with Simcity and it just flies.

This is absolutely good news for consumers.
I really hope MR gets approved by IDA. Launches a budget friendly mobile consumer plan which is on par with HK pricing and KILL THE SHAT out of the lameass monopoly the red and green has been hoodwinking us with all these years.

They will need to increase manpower budget lor! I am sure they got plan for it one la. :s12:

Increase manpower budget does not equal to better customer service.

Another big concern will be the islandwide reception.

No matter what, MR will still need to lease equipment, facility from the big 3 for mobile broadband service, am I right to say that?

I think so too. Hope they come out with some better offer for Mobile BB as major provider really suck blood 1GB $10.80 and really hate it.

I have faith in them lor

I KNOW RIGHT!

When they have more budget for manpower, they can hire better staff to train the customer service team, correct?

Not sure, maybe at first?

Depends on what kind of investors they can get also. If they can find investors from overseas with prior experiences in that line to guide, things should go more smoothly
