Those going on this new plan, please be very prepared to wired up your home. Home plugs just can't cut it. Don't bother with home plugs.

If moving home, go wire up the home first before moving in.

I just spoke to CSO and he said the 300 mbps plan will only start in 2015.
True ?

If that's true then the 1 gbps will start when installed or also 2015 ?

anyone knows ? is it 300 mbps also have to wait till 2015 as the cso told me ??

If you mean your MR contract just ended, you are still considered an existing customer.
