Bro, email mybilling@myrepublic.com.sg

Will be faster.

Will do so but I prefer to talk to someone that is in charge of billing and give him a piece of mind. It happened to me before when MR consecutively charged my bill with "late fees" even though all the billings were cleared as per normal. knew MR will do crap with their billing eventually again so I had to instruct my credit card company if anything is unusual for this billing please stop the transaction.

So this month they decided to include a whole lot of crap into the usual billing. First of all the new activation signup fee? We were assured that we will OTC will be waived for whoever has finished their contract.

9. what does it mean, OTC waived, Customers who have finished their contract, we won't charge you installation fees (or OTC - one time charges) to move to the new line. Doesn't sound fair anyway. On contract customers, apologies have to charge, as we have to consider the cost of on premise equipment.

Pinoy CSO can still claim everyone will be charged, none exempted new or existing customer. I asked why only now? She say the invoice for 1GBPS just got ready, so since march I have not been paying for my 1GBPS? Obviously a joke on her part*sarcasm*.

I have not gotten any existing reminders from them until today, and when I got it, it's an instant Reminder (3), if not paid within 7 days service will be terminated.

When I asked you guys to look into latency issue, ticket status only became "we are reviewing your issue now" after 4 days, but strange billing charges you guys want payment to clear through immediately or suspension?

The router that I bought when I signed up, only got charged now together all the strange miscellaneous fees. I bought it in March off you guys and was waiting for you to include it on the very same month of billing but you guys have the decency to drag a simple invoice for 4 months and then asking for it now.

I asked to speak to someone in charge, but she say supervisor left? It's only 6:20PM supervisor left??? That's efficient.

To: MR, I'm not paying you guys anything until the billing is explained properly and cleared up, I can't believe this is the 3rd time you guys want to do unexplained charges and when asked for reasons your CSO can never ever tell me why. Whoever is on GIRO, I pity you in trying to get your billings rectified.

I thought Home Voice Plus is free unlimited local calls?

Home Voice
Under the invoice it's stated as 50000 mins.. But even if you talk 24 hrs a day per month also cannot hit that quota..lol..

And for the record it was only 1000 mins/mth when I became a MR subscriber in March.

i took sometime off to start reading on user's post and MR's response/replies. It seems too scary to think about their services now.

I thought that my SH & ST is sh**** enough, never expected "a big launch" to cause even more issues for them.

Had wanted to switch over to the 1gb plan, now seriously starting to think twice. At least SH/ST bothers to response, answer calls even with no immediate answers. Let you F over the phone and still say thank you.

All what he said were only 1 side of the story, OpenNet side. OpenNet may not even have such ticket lodging system lolz. Who knows.

If you think it's one-sided, it is clear that you did not understand my posts.

In any case, MR confirmed that it is their back-end issue and not ON. It is also said that my connection issues could be resolved on next Monday. IF it is not resolved then, it would be the 15th day and counting...

For those who are still interested drop me a pm with your contact and i will follow up with you.

Want to clarify, for those whom have signed up for re-contract(pending installation) for the 1GBps Plan at $49.90 without the free installation and free 2 months.

Is this price still going to be reflected or will we fall under the new plan that has been released?

Thinking of recontract from my one year old Pure plan (100mbps) to either

300mbps $39.99
1000mbps $49.99

Standard surfing and streaming with teleport. Not gaming.

With the amount of complaints about 1gbps may opt for 300 instead.

After reading the posts from posters, I get the sense that MR is not doing enough in terms of customer service. Tickets not properly followed up, billing problems not responded adequately, and potential customers and customers waiting for installation not kept informed or updated.

It's kind of scary. I'm not sure whether I shd change ISPs, at least for now. I hope MR will try to improve their service level. IDA should regulate this kind of behaviour, and not allow ISPs to treat paying customers badly.

Is Teleport free forever for users under old contract?

I notice for re-contract, teleport is only free for 3 months.

can i cancel the 1gbps plan? have made an appointment for openet on 15th aug and MR installation on 21st aug.
seeing so many unresolved issues after 7 months, is there any penalty if i decided to cancel now?

im currently running on singtel fiber which has been smooth for the last 2 years and was tempted by the 1gbps speed
Correction: 1gbps local speeds
