Hi evq, log in to the portal and go to home voice to to sign up there.
u can choose the number too :)

Could not get through customer service line. Does anyone know if there is voice add on for business 100mbps fibre?

Yes there is. biz voice, give a call to helpdesk to sign up :)
if not can log in to portal and sign up from there under home/biz voice section

man, is there any direct contact for my billing issue?

been using it for months and they cannot even change to the right credit card detail even though i have an email confirmation that they have fixed it.

Hound their facebook page until its resolved. At least you're not being double charged constantly - Some users have been double charged multiple times without any refunds :s13:

Dear my republic, I signed up your service. No news from u all for2 weeks. I called up and u said u never received the application. Hence I told the officer Getz to cancel, she said the sales team will call me back but nobody called back. But today I got billed for 50 dollars when you guys "did not receive" my application. I tried calling the lines again, nobody picked up. No email no reply. MY REPUBLIC is a SCAM. I will complain to the small claims court, IDA and mp until someone response to me now. My direct line is 81o22215

I registered for home voice. A sales called me and arranged a date for installation. Waited, no one came or call. Wasted my leave

I am an existing customer of myrepublic 100mb.
Someone from myrepublic called me that I can now recontract but as I was busy I asked her to email me instead. Strangely enough when I called today to Recontract, the customer service told me I still have 4 months on my contract and I have to pay 58 extra for the technican to come down and change my router because the plan still have 4 months to go.

And guess what she suggest to me? Maybe I should "Recontract" now and 4 months later the technician then make an appointment with me?

Now this is either a case of staff being grossly undertrained or myrepublic doesn't know the meaning of customer service. When I went down yesterday to Recontract my M1 phone line, I got my phone immediately and an extra 100 cash voucher which was a pleasant surprise.

Customer loyalty at myrepublic= nonsense
