Hi MR staff,

Are you able to get hold of the information on the installation commencement date for 1Gbps?

I can still accept if it is within 3 months range but anything more than that I may just switch to another RSP since I am already out of contract.

Thanks.

give us a day or so for us to set up the google form such that it's easier for you to add or check if you are on the beta list.

If the pre-launch of 1Gbps installation appointment is on 24th March, then the rest of the 1Gbps installation will be probably in mid April or even May the earliest.

We've started calling customers in certain COs to start scheduling beta instal from 19th march for the first guys. We will be calling a lot of people over next few days/weeks but they need to give us done time. Very location dependant as we are able to book time slots with opennet only for Ayer rajah and east COs right now.

Used to wait eagerly for the purple vault to open but this time the price is really unattractive. take the WD red for example, some shop is selling cheaper, with free door delivery! and there are only 13 items....I'm disappointed this time. :(

Hi Mr ,

Any confirmation that all BETA tester (all those who pmed and participate in the beta) will get their new plan installed by March ?

The lead time for Opennet to provision seems to be 3 weeks, and with IT show coming soon i dont wish to incur extra months of waiting if MR cant commit.

Want to support MR like i did back then, but not with this amount of uncertainty.

I assume that those who signed up for the beta and received a call from MR for an installation date will get their internet up and running when it's done..

Give us some time to call. We will start ringing up people by location one by one. When you receive a call from us, it means your block is ready for installation and we will proceed to set up the backend structure. However, if there's any unexpected situation due to OpenNet TP box, certain delay may be caused.

Guess I won't be getting any installation done any time before April as my connection is on the Bukit Panjang exchange.

I assure you that all beta will be completed in March(unless TP issue or you are busy during that period). =). That's our way of treating valuable existing customer.
