still deciding to sign with MR or VQ..
of the 3 router offer by MR, which one is most value for money?

after my upgrade to 1Gbps I agree downloading and uploading is much faster but there is no consistency !

sometimes, it takes 10 seconds to load facebook and some other websites what is going on?

please do not question my hardware, previously using the old hardware , it was completely fine and now even with an upgraded asus router, the performance wasnt as good as before

Whats the typical timeline for the new signup to get the internet connection done?

saw on MR facebook and hwz tons of bashing on the delays..

Any website(s) that is 100% taking longer than before to load for me to test?

Anyone facing issues with Twitch after upgrading to MR 1gbps? I cant load streams :(

Hi Lawzer or any new key personals, sadly to say that I do not see the service standards back in the old times. I got my fiber recontract installation on Monday(14july), but homevoice was not working, no dial tone. The technician said by tues it will work cause it take time to activate. I have been waiting day after day and called multiple times customer hotline, they say they will check but nothing is done. I paid 49 dollars for homevoice to be set up and to work, if u all going to leave it like this with no follow up then I think I have to stop paying... My id is c1000832.

There's a twitch MR thread in this sub forum. Maybe can check there. I didn't watch twitch, but I use the free VPN Zenmate applet to watch World Cup on google chrome. Works very well. Can try.

Teleport is not the usual all-encompassing VPN service so its users will be affected too. MR being a Singaporean ISP is also bound by the new regulations...
