Really glad that the weekend supervisor Justin finally intervene and get to the bottom of things for me, so for a good week the ticket was escalated to the wrong department all along.

He will personally get back to me on Wednesday to see what the network team comes up with.

PS: For a the first time, a call back promise was really fulfilled within hours. Maybe there's still hope for ppl that gives a crap in the company.

Its sw problem.Might have to do with current version of utorrent? Uninstall utorrent and install other bittorent torrent apps.

Yes latest version of utorrent will cap speeds as I experienced. The fastest torrent speeds I got from old utorrent build is 20MB/s on private torrents

You and your ******** demands. :s8:

Seeing all your past post in this MR thread, you not tired of licking their boots? No pay one bro, you wanna act like a saint at least know what you're talking about, don't make a mockery of yourself.

For alot of us, we won't be here if there are no issues but as for you.... well.. you know what you usually do here.. so.. tolong la if you have a resolution or suggestion bring it up but otherwise if you have nothing better to say just keep quiet. Frustrations with MR itself is already enough, dealing with trolls like you is not necessary.

i feel you bro... never ending issues u are facing.
Really frustrating when we are so busy with tight schedule and we still have to keep contacting the problematic customer support (waste of time..) and the issue goes from days to week/months or never resolved.

It's like we are working harder to get things solved then them..

Which is ridiculous..

Exactly my sentiments.

Thought a VPN would help to get through the ping issues while they check on it on their end but who am I kidding. Ping to HMA VPN server in singapore is just as bad. I specifically asked a singnet friend to ping my VPN just for comparison sake and here it is.

i am on the 1gb plan (not the gamer version).
when playing world of tanks, the packet loss makes the game unbearable.

TY1Xerc.png

i tried reseting router but it doesn't help.
any suggestions ?

you might want to try this

https://asia.wargaming.net/support/...sconnection-while-playing-the-game-what-to-do

i just gave this game a spin, and it's entirely playable on the US West Coast server though i'm using crossover to play on a Mac on MR's 100mbps connection.

you might also want to consider using Mr DNS server address, wired connection etc to try and see how it goes. :).

do also ensure your computer hardware is up to specs and use low graphics settings to see whether it improves your performance. Good Luck!

MyRepublic | 1Gbps - The World

?

I ask the tech, he keep quiet

still got problem ah!!!!! still got sometimes, lousy connection (WIRED!)

now even put FAN on RT-N56U router......

I am on 100Mbps. I am unable to ping those 2 websites you indicated. However whats the rationale behind pinging them? They ain't gaming sites.

I am however able to access those 2 sites. If you can't then you have to contact MR.

Sometimes ICMP packets are de-prioritized or nodes do not respond to ICMP echo request. It looks like SingNet's website and MyRepublic's do not respond to these sites.

You may wish to try pinging SingTel: Personal and Business Mobile Phones, Broadband and Telecommuncations | SingTel though since that seems to work?
Code:
Pinging www.singtel.com [203.126.100.199] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 203.126.100.199: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=246
Reply from 203.126.100.199: bytes=32 time=26ms TTL=246

Reply from 203.126.100.199: bytes=32 time=32ms TTL=246

Ping statistics for 203.126.100.199:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 17ms, Maximum = 32ms, Average = 23ms

Can I understand what you're trying to achieve though?

Highly doubt you can blame a provider for wireless speeds.... How is it on cable? Could be that your area became more congested since the last time you configured the channel :o
