For those users still having problems with connection

and you think, your hardware is good

SPAM their facebook messages and website , include customer ID and telephone number

have them to call you

have them to monitor your internet connection, they can remote access(u need to install a program and let them gain access)

I let them did it, and finally they did something at their backend... and FINALLY fix after 4 months of wait




and to those who given me all assistant in this thread... is all useless... is their problem.... but thanks again to those very informative guys

Don't believe Gamer Plan will make a difference! Those similar plan from other ISP i think also same. It's all a gimmick!

Every time I submit a ticket for latency they told me already best routing. So I use a 3rd party routing software for my games, I got lesser latency. 2 years of pay extra, wasted.

best routing base on the uplink route that they bought so technically they r not wrong.

My friend pop by the MR booth at Sitex and overheard one of the purple tee person saying that the free trial will have a bandwidth trottling profile that is like previously when MR was on NC they are using the assured 25mbps connection for international bandwidth and not the full bandwidth for the trial users speed profile.

this is very bad, no way for an ISP to be like this.
All those customers who are facing problem with MR should go down to their booth and bang table make noise. Why are they treating us paying customers like dirt ? call support have to wait so long. should really go down n bang table and advice people not to sign up. now they know they not popular , trying to use this few internet to entice people. its so so wrong.
later 2 months up, u want to cancel, cannot because u call in, no one picks up the phone.
