Yea cant access premierleaguepass too.. Not sure which place to enquire on this issue, once site is down.. there is no way to reach them..
Their site is fine, something changed on the backend and MR users can no longer access their site via Teleport. I hope this is fixed asap as I had just paid $99 last week and this had to happen.

Request #18474

Hi MR team,

This is the kind of speed i am getting on my PureHD connection. I've been in and out of SG so really no time to sit around to log tickets and troubleshoot. But now that it's X'mas holidays and I got time on my hand, i have taken down these speed test results which is looking the same as the previous logged case.

I hope to get a call from your tech to come to my place to take a look as it is not the first time i have to log a ticket on this. Earlier part of this year I got the exact same problem.

The timelines of my dealings with MR this year:
- Installed service on 11th March (was able to hit speeds around 100+mb/s)
- Service was down during Good Friday 29 March weekend due to MR network incident
- Experienced terrible network performance after and after a series of back and forth, the solution from MR team was that I have to wait 2 months when a network upgrade for AMK area will resolve congestion issues that's causing this low speed. To be fair, MR gave me $$ rebate on the monthly subscription fees due to this.
- There was no improvement to the performance when May came and went. Your engineer attended my place on 17th June and eventually swapped out my ONT unit and that fixed the problem.
- Since Nov, the issues we experienced before have started recurring. The speed is bad all day not just during evening peak hours. We started getting dismal connections and these are just for browsing, youtube or uploading of files to the server.

So it looks like i must have a nice conversation with you guys every 3 months.

i am getting about 4 to 6mb/s when torrenting if it is well seeded. Please note, I am on wireless using n150 router and a usb wireless adaptor to my pc. using transmission on debian wheezy. On wired, I could get 7 to 8mb/s on well seeded torrents. If downloading official korean MTV from youtube, I hit 10mb/s quite often but not all youtube videos. It depends on the source

reading a few pages of this thread, always have people complaining about the speed of the internet whether speedtest or downloading. Even to the person who is complaining few reply before mine, at 3.1mb/s you will probably finish downloading the file by the time you finish posting the complain. It depends on your setup(wireless or wired)and the bottleneck from the place that you are downloading. Even you go to other ISPs, you will face the same problems or even worse speed. I have lots of friends on other ISP, all have similar issues on peak hours as well. Please complain to IDA instead. sorry for the rant.

just my 2 cents. merry christmas.
