u can do a test with browsers. Just do the following:

1. Obvious, test with another browser
2. clear the browser cache, go one step further if you want, if running windows 8, restart the computer (not shutdown and start)
3. disable all addons/extensions OR run in incognito mode will achieve the same effect unless u specified them to run in incognito as well. Some of them to lookout at addons/extensions that have the possibility to meddle with your connection, like those unblockers, adblocks, javascripts etc etc.

MR DID NOT SOLVE MY PROB

I receive a reply from MR stating that my slow speed have been solve however I test again and the same speed happened, I am on gamer plan but speed is like pure plan. Those screen shots are directly connected to the ONT and I tried Rebooting the ONT to give benefit of doubt but end up the same. MR what is this? my customer ID:C1012756

Dear MyRepublic Staff,

Please assist. I am using MyRepublic fibre broadband network. It is connected to a asus router n66u.

I tried to play the Samurai Siege on my iPad. This is a game which requires internet connection. When my ipad connect to my wifi, the game does not seems to load and it show me this error message (the link below). However, when I connect the game through my own Singtel 4G Mobile Broadband, it seems to be able to connect to the game server and it playable.

I am able to surf internet and social media website through he wifi (MyRepublic Fibre) on my ipad but just the game cannot load. I tried to restart the router and do all necessary action on my side. I can't think of anymore troubleshooting procedure. Maybe you can help to check your network?

Home Voice Issue

Hi, anyone having one way audio issue for MR Home voice? Meaning incoming call can't hear the calling party but calling party can hear us. No issue with outgoing call.

Anyone encounter after the heavy rain yesterday the Internet is unable to up till now???

Kindly check the ONT if it's red or green. The rain did not have any impact on our network ysd.
