My contract for 1st yr will be after 2 mar, and checking online, my installation date is Q3 2014 onwards. Can i say that if i sign up on IT show, in which i will enter my 2nd yr, my installation date will be Q2?

According to this chart, the WAN to LAN throughput (which is a measure of router download speed, measured with a wired connection) for n56u/ac56u/ac68u are 802/778/754 Mbps respectively.

Norton Internet Security

For those that used the Norton Internet Security (NIS) that came bundled with the old Pure plans, moving over to the new Ultra plans looks like it is chargable...

Upgrade now, you can arrange date of install with the order team when they call you closer to the date, you can ask for a later date worst case, or earlier date in Q3 if it works.

That were the results of their benchmark test, I'm interested to see how accurate it is...

Not really for me. Mine is in Q2 and my contract also ends in Q2 with May and June free months.

If they install for me in April then I will lose the 2 free months. If they come install for me in June then I will see people use 1Gbps and I am 10x slower. I lose both ways

Nope, if you look at the recontract page, OTC is waived off. Right now, the offer is that Ultra will be for $49 and $59 for ULTRA Gamer. U.P is $89 and 99 respectively.

After less 5 free mths promo = [ $59 x (24-5) ] = $46.7
After less Norton = $46.7 - $1.88 = $44.82

Actually the recontract page for me says OTC waived, but when I finished and get confimation email it says:

"You have ordered: Ultra 24 months - $49.99/mth - OTC $58 - 24 Months Contract."

So waived or not? I not sure. lol.

Precisely! i'm confused with the description, even thou the recontract page said waived. If you read it again, it sounds like you have ordered a OTC which cost 58. hahah

Yes mw too..only a few days on pure hd plan. Isnt fair at all. They should hv inform us on this new plan as we can wait. Hope they do something bout it

I hope MR will do something about plan Pure HD plan which was only effected on Jan 10.
I m only a few days old and I hope to get upgraded to Ultra 1gbps with a waiver

Just to clear up on the OTC...

1) If you are still under contract and upgrade, there will be a $58 OTC.
2) If your contract has ended or is ending, you will not have to pay the OTC.
