Still facing any issue?
sir, streaming videos on ipad used to be a pleasure.
(same devices, same time of day, same location/position.)
nowadays, the buffering is a turn off.
videos are from china streaming apps like pptv, letv, ppstream etc.

Had no connection this morning..
There was error msg saying ethernet cable was disconnected. Did a reset on the router, log in n pw information gone.
Called MR cs and told me to unplug for 10mins then do new setup at 192.168.1.1 but when I tried, system keep saying WAN cable can't be detected.

Can the experts here advised? Was told a technician will call me since 1hr ago already..

Means cable is loose try flipping the ONT to router wire around or to a spare one. :).

Im going to take a wild guess here and say that the router is yours to do anything you want with it. It's a free gift with a plan.

I am planning to go the same route but will forego the router for Free One Month offered in lieu.

There is a clause on their application form that says the tchnician will only configure the router they give and not any other...let us know if you were able to configure your router easily enough by yourself.

It's actually quite easy. Not sure if it's complicated if you have static ip (I don't), but in my case, even someone like me can get it to work :s13::s13: Just need to setup your SSID and password and can start. Oh ya, I had to setup the DNS too for Teleport :D
