Usually restart solve most of the problem. that the easiest way to troubleshoot and for end user to execute? No? :)

There are just basic protocol troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem.

For home voice just reboot the ATA adapter, not the ONT. it solve the issue for me too. it frustrating not able to know that the home voice hang unless i try to call. Hopefully the new ONT for MR will solve all this nicky picky issue.

Stop giving the bs that sites load faster on IPv6. It's meant to be a new connectivity option only.

By take longer I dont meant 15-20mins.. consider the holidays and number of CSO attending to all of singapore user.

Do have a little patient. I tried call in dead hours like 4am and still theres someone to assist.

If there isnt anyone working, the system will inform you to call in a working day.
