Maybe this is irrelevant but I think only 1 specific port on the ONT is used by MR. Did you connect to the correct one?

Which MR plan are you on to check which ONT are you using?

MR may be relatively new, but definitely not new. They are new then I signed up 2 years ago. Can't use the same argument now when my contract is ending already.

i nvr did anything extra when my connection was lost on 11th June.
did not touch the cable on the TP.

using black ONT Alcatel-Lucent I-01G-U
and router is Asus RT-AC68U

have tried connect laptop straight to ONT, connect straight to Router, PS4 connect straight to ONT. Tried with spare cables and repeated the above.

Power LED - Green
Alarm LED - Not lit
Connection LED - Blinking Green
ETH LED - Green

Finally just got through the hotline and they can only arrange their technician to come over at 1730 hrs on Tuesday.

damn....that will be like 7 days without internet. The thought of paying for such service is just frustrating.

Recently experiencing lag while my daughter play above did anyone have the same problem?

Myrepublic came over to set up today.

Couldn't get it up, I asked is it opennet issue? Told me its Myrepublic back-end haven't setup. Have to wait a few hours or days, see how. Blickly lights.

At this moment, too lazy to piss.

So whenever I'm disappointed, I will think of Myrepublic.

Because Myrepublic is a disappointment.

does anyone have any problems with MR and twitch issues, as far as i'm concerned i can only watch twitch live stream at low quality without buffering. FYI i'm on the 1g plan. I have seen a lot of good feedbacks on VQ streaming twitch, no problem at all.

Use hola with firefox for itv.
Use Zenmate with Chrome for bbc.

Using primitive ADSL, no lag.

for bbc and itv - you just need a VPN service to UK
