called in and they told me to power off etc. which i did already

but still getting rubbish speed. i have to wait 3-8 sec to load a page now. wtf? fibre connection...
yesterday cso request me to email in the screenshot which i did but no respond from them and i got another email coming in asking me for my respond when they did do anything bout it...

nope it wasnt dota 2. But now that you mention it, i noticed it with dota 2 too. Did MR change their route or something?

I feel like they did. I got a slightly better time on twitch. But as a result my ping to Australia servers have doubled. Heck, I get lesser ping to all the servers in US in Dota 2 compared to Australia's

Subscribed to static IP but still have not gotten any news from MR. Requested on 30 Aug and the date under Completed/Cancelled gets updated every day. Tried calling their customer support but no one answers... online "live chat" does not work...

i also had requested for static ip since day 1. (mid aug)
i still have not gotten it as well. everytime call the support hotline they tell me either in process or what has not been commissioned.

yesterday i call in and they say they were busy with all the assignment and might need some time...

edit: i just got onto live chat with Ben
he activated and assigned my static IP.
i even got the email with the static IP while on livechat with him.

Am happy now. no doubt they need to improve on their CS.

Been on the 1gbps plan since June and the connection still can't seem to handle high quality streams on Twitch.

guys, i terminated MR on the 30th of August. Yet, they deducted $69 for 28 Aug - 27 Sept. Called them on sunday, was promised a call back on monday, yet i didnt receive any calls.

They didnt reply my ticket as well.

What should i do?
