Anyone having issues with downloading itunes from apple website ?
Download speed is 15-20kb/s and twitch tv is also lagging for me.

Called their support and was put through in only 2 mins so for some users who mentioned that they have to wait for hours feel sorry for you guys.

Anyway, seems like MR has routing issue to Apple websites ?

Could it be because ios 8? Was reported that apple's server was being stretched out because of it.

been 3 weeks for me still no news

normally how long it take for them to set a day for installation?

I waited for 2 weeks before they call me and another 2 weeks to installation day. But this was pre comex time though

i think mine going to be a long wait, saw in their FB page someone say that he/she order for a upgrade on march but till now still no news.

if this gonna to happen to me, 99% going to change ISP

I ordered back in jan when they launched. Until I call them in Jul then my upgrade was processed.

Somehow I was "forgotten" and yep I have seen a few also same situation as mine.

So its really up to you in the end, whether do you mind calling them up yourself or u think its a unforgivable mistake on their part.

got my $75 per month 150mbps during last year comex, when they release 1gbps for $59 in jan i was like wtf. just not sure if call will even help base on what ppl say about their CS

Yep thats totally WTF. I started with $59 for 100Mbps as well, then they dropped to $38 promotion. Then 1Gbps for $49 before my 2 year contract with them ends. The speed/price ratio in which the market change for fiber is more dynamic than ADSL or cable. 2 years contract anything can happen.

For my case I pm nivlek1985 directly instead of calling their CS.

Well if you dont need the 1Gbps, no reason to chase them. Even if u want 1Gbps now M1 has it liao maybe u can even wait for user reviews.

mine still have a year to go and still paying $75 for 150Mbps, so might as will just go for 1Gbps although i'm sure i can't hit that full 1Gbps but at least it will be faster than the current speed i'm using.

i'm quite happy with their serivce, have no problem at all, no downtime except that the during the fire. so give another 2 years and see how it go.

Would like to know did above happened to you guys during the upgrade as I'm upgrading from 100M to 300M and internet got cut off today where installation is suppose to be tomorrow.
Hope MR didn't forget about my appointment.

i did them, they say that on the day of installation, it will be cut off but not sure why it cut off today

My own case cut on 12 noon install same day at around 2pm.

Yours I think someone might have just cock up the date. Probably not read wrongly unless the person is cock eye-ed read "20" as "19"

However better than tomorrow the tech come and your line still not cut, then surely wait for more than just 1 day.

If I were you I would play safe and call them to verify (hence remind) them that they have to come install (and your line to be activated) tomorrow.
