She was in Jurong West area from morning and wasnt able to use mobile data all the time till in the evening when I got her to reboot the phone.

Maybe an isolated incident. Can feedback to MR on their FB page. If more people log the same issue then they should look into it.

Was rather disappointed with Myrepublic(M1). Happened in Jem today. I simply can't upload pic or watch fb newsfreed vids at all inside the mall. When scanning for contact tracing QR code, the gov website can't be reach. Using dual-sim phone, I had no choice but to switch to data TPG. Surprisingly, TPG did the tasks effortlessly. Looks like its time to look for alternatives.

Was in jurong east when it happened. But luckily just a reboot solved the issue

Seem to be happening in Western part of SG. Take it to their FB & when more folks feedback the same experience, they will to investigate it.

Can I check for those who tried to forward calls to avoid MyRepublic Voice Mail, which number did you forward to?

I'm not so bothered about people who are 无聊 to talk long-winded stories on voicemail, because not a lot people leaves voicemails nowadays.

I'm more about those scam and automated robot calls calling from "DHL, DBS, MOH, MOL". I received one call yesterday from one of these callers, it automatically leave a voicemail with the robot voice. :s22:

Checked my samsung phone settings, aparantly, i'm unable to switch to forward to certain numbers.

actually, i found a way, divert when busy, divert when unanswered, divert when unreachable to

your old TPG number:s22::s13:
It works, I tried and it did not deduct from my talktime. You try divert to your old TPG number.

I wouldn't say it's a flaw, it' more of personal choice if you still want voice mail. MR gave customers the choice of voicemail, although they should have given the customer a choice to disable voicemail

this is certainly not true. it is not a 'choice'. :D

Did you try to forward calls to your terminated tpg>MR line?
It works well for me, when reject calls, it will call forward to the non active line. No more voice mail

not yet. i had signed up 5 times in total for MR lite plans. 4 times terminated. 1 time kept permanently - becos it is a line used by my cousin.

i have not used the sim card on a mobile phone before. only on mifi and LTE modem to finish the data. :D

however, my last bill on one of the terminated line, there is a one min talktime record in my bill. i supposed it was due to someone called the number but diverted to voicemail thus the charge.

I see, so I assume you are now on Singtel 50GB SIM Only. Good deal actually.

I tried just now by forwarding calls to a terminated number, it did not go into my talktime. Bypassed Voice Mail

Yes only left one line now Singtel 50GB 1000 mins talktime and 500 sms. Certainly more than enough. Haha. Enjoy the good coverage and network speed too. YouTube at 1080p at all places anywhere anytime.

Cool way. But when the number is recycle & take up by someone else then that's gonna be fun.
