256 Kbps for 10 dollar plan according to guyz92. See previous page.

According to this source, vivifi throttle at 256kbps after you used up your full speed data.

My current user experience for MyRepublic 8 plan on M1 network is fair enough.

M1 reception is weaker compared to Singtel and StarHub network.

Max speed on LTE is lower than StarHub network.

MR-M1 network so far sometimes I face with Delay SMS, data not loading and can't call out on VoLTE when LTE reception is very bad.

While for MR-SH network, I may get missed call if I'm on LTE mode. It may fails to switch to 3G in order to make my phone ring.

On Zero1-Singtel, everything is working fine. No double Billing problem since Sept 2018. The most is delay billing up to 1 month. Since 2020, the bills come on time.
Just that no Mobile App. Almost all Singtel MVNO no mobile app at all.

If you can get higher speed elsewhere, then it is probably due to a blindspot at home. That's nothing you can do about it then.

Hi & thanks,
@mosmos, I don't use any VPN.

@produde1999, Previously I used Gomo also has this problem.

@twosix, Blindspot? Even when I stayed at 13th floor?

Which MVNO is good at East Coast area?

High floor don't means you get better signal.

Radio wave are top down. The lower u are signal and speed get better.

U mean mountain areas will have best signal? It does not work this way. It depends on the nearest base stations and where the signals are traveling.

You have to try at various locations and see if your phone is the bottleneck.

Assuming your phone is not the bottleneck, then you can try to see if the signal and speed is good at ground floor in open space. If it is good speed, then is the blind spot in your home. If speed is still poor at ground floor open space, it means this telco is not good.

Maybe try to install fibre internet with wifi for higher speed. No telco perfect, but MyRepublic can be very bad at some places.

yesterday my sis signed up a new MR line and we submitted the form to transfer the ownership of my singtel line to port this no to her new MR line.

took a while than longer to be ported. usual porting starts at 11am of yesterday and ported at today 12:10am++.

i checked until 4am++ also not yet ported.

only now woke up at 7am++ saw the info of the line in my singtel app is gone. no more able to check the usage of the no. :D

but quite good that this porting works, really save the cost than doing the transfer of ownership at MNPs.

MR signing up new line is free, sim card is free, no registration fee at all, even transfer of ownership is also free.

6GB is too little, just go for $17 50GB. I dun think MR uses data faster.

In fact I think singtel line data drains faster.
