I had the same problem on my Changi Mobile number (which is also on M1). Just toggle the phone flight mode on & off & it should be fine.

Ya greatest about orange telco line is that u will be enjoying the unique airplane mode.

Anyone has issue with Myrepublic line across the borders? My line was cut in the middle of the causeway and unable to latch onto any of the Myrepublic msia telco partners despite multiple reset. Did i miss out any step?

I did that but still no line

You need to read my earlier msg.

It's like back to stoneage. You need to manually select a provider, it doesn't auto connect to the provider in the country. Just ported out earlier this week.

It would be helpful if you could state your phone model and OS version used.

I'm using Redmi Note 4. Local usage is ok so i think its setting problem. Will try manual search on my next trip to msia as what brother Seowbin suggested

Anyone can receive sms when you are in Malaysia ?

I have turned on roaming service from the apps, but still can't receive sms that sent to myrepublic.

or Must I subscribe to the roaming package to receive sms when I am at overseas?

An update, as usual, the line was cut off in the middle of causeway. I set the phone to manual search, selected Maxis 4G. Got a friend in SG to call and sms to my number. It works.

What's the point of so much data when the data priority is probably the lowest on M1.
Together with the fact that M1 isn't the most reliable network, it's a recipe for disaster lol.

it's more of m1 network than MR. If your area suffers from MR, move out from M1 MVNO. Get gomo or singtel based mvno
