i have no issues getting otp .. airplane mode refers to full signal and no data nothing to do with OTP, are you on M1 4g plan or SH 5G?

I just check my first bill. If you were to change to the standard 5G plan, you will have $2 off for the first 3 months. So technically is $15.95 instead of $17.95.

I don’t see any $2 discount mentioned on their site even for the $19.95 plan?

$19.95 is the plus plan. The standard plan is not on their website.
@gapboy mentioned that he was on the $19.95 sometime back and downgrade to $17.95 via CS chat.
I tried that and was successful too.

For my case, I signed up on 29th Jan for the $19.95 and contacted CSO on 30 Jan to ask them to downgrade.
As my billing cycle date is 1 of every month, CSO mentioned that the $17.95 will take effect from 1 Feb but they didn't mentioned anything on the $2 discount (for the first 3 months) till I check my bill today

Yeah I’m referring to that $2 discount for the first 3 months, it’s not advertised anywhere.

For new customer, they can only sign up for the plus plan ($19.95)

If you contact their CSO and say wanna downgrade to the standard plan. I believe the $2 still applies (like my case)

$20 for the 5G plus plan is a good deal for 100GB data and 1200 mins call and SMS.

Then again I’m someone who came from CL 20GB and was lazy to find a better deal since I only wanted to go for esim only plans 😂

really hoping this base level of data and mins is here to stay, wouldn’t mind paying $20-25. StarHub network is really much better than M1 at Bukit Panjang.

haha, but SH seems to be a problem in where I stay in CCK.
For the 1st time I see 3G in my home with a 2 bar reception while using MR

My actual house reception is bad, but it’s a new area so both CL and SH is bad 😂

but I got wifi so doesn’t bother me.
