yup, should have all taken up for 31 july. think many tried to sign up before the promo ends to grab the deal. if their other line billing cycle is 1st of the month, their MNP will be just nice to start at 11pm on 31 july which they do not need to pay for one more month bill of the line too.

Guys question and help. I have a friend who wanna port her starhub prepaid to MR Lite plan.


So what i recommend her is to get the plan first because its ending on 30 June right then port later.


But how to port from prepaid to postpaid? She have to go Starhub shop and do the transfer of prepaid to postpaid am i right?


But will she have to pay one month of No Sim Plan of starhub plan? Or can she like port out immediately?

Yes apply first.

Starhub prepaid only to Starhub postpad... whether have what kind of charges u don't have a choice. get a lowest sim plan with no contract

port out to MR lite after starhub postpaid simcard activate or use for close to end of month

not sure does starhub pro rated for first month bill

most MVMO do not prorated bill....

StarHub Sim only even that day u signed up u also can port out without penalty.

And their billing for Sim only plan is prorated.

My MR Lite SIM will arrive tomorrow. Until now I am unable to login to the MR App using the email id using which I signed up. I tried forgot password, but never received emails. Have checked the spam folder as well, no sign. Any idea?

Ok so an update apparently she went to a starhub shop and they told her don't have to change to postpaid leh haha... Not sure why though maybe now can already. Anyway thanks for your insides and all appreciate it

Account login is only after SIM card delivered man.

A temp password with email id will be sent after delivery.

Told MR to terminate my Lite plan on 29 Jun (today). In the morning, I saw... it's gone.

So fast, didn't even have chance to see it till 2359.

Their batch job normally run in the morning.

After using MyRepublic Mobile for about 2 years plus, most of their batch process such as generating bills, add/remove of add-on all is done within the morning hours.

Since you have terminated your MyRepublic Mobile subscription, Do you comments on their service?

yes, you won't be able to use the line on the day of termination as it will be terminated by then.

good thing for my terminated lines I were not charge a single cent for the IDD calls made. haha.

From what i can see, MR app is still showing the temporary sim card number.

They will inform u once they porting your line over. It would be complete by next morning

MR number porting normally starts 11pm on the day of SIM delivery. Your old Telco SIM will go offline from 11pm.

Your MyRepublic temp number will be replaced with your ported in number sometime at 12.30am.

since the MR stores are open now, do you think they will allow signups without the $100 deposit?

i went online and they asked for that. it's like 10times the lite plan i intend to sign up for! WTF
