Does anyone think that MR Value Plan should have been priced @ $12-13 instead of $18?

I feel if they have priced it that range it would have made sense. The +13GB-500 Min doesn't make any sense when it is compared with the +$2 of MR Core Plan.

Similarly the +1GB+700Min for +$8 doesn't make sense when compared with the MR Lite Plan.

As for the SMS anything more than 300 SMS per month is meaningless. So I have not taken it into consideration.

Recently they launched quite a lot of plans, hopefully in the near future, they can consolidate it plans, agree it's very confusing.

Peeps on MR-M1, is MMS available? Cos last time when I was on MR-Starhub before switching to Giga, it was notably unavailable. Not an important function to most people but it's for work purpose.

Nope, can't send or receive MMS. I received an MMS few days ago, but unable to retrieve, it was not supported.

All mvnos does not support MMS. Only operators M1 starhub and Singtel support mms

Signed MR 6GB @ $10 plan for my mum for around 2 months. Mum keep complaining on 4G the signal is full bar but keep cannot safe entry at mall, WhatsApp fail to send/receive and cannot go any website or load YouTube. Only fix is restart iPhone 11.

Test personally, at home with full WiFi on your phone, take lift go downstair, auto switch to 4G and indeed data don’t work despite full bar, restart and it work.

Enough of these, just port out from MR to giga (StarHub) 6GB @ $10 plan, this Saturday delivery. First payment $10 + $2 delivery fee.

i guess she did not switchoff wifi while going out of hse? phone wifi connected to mall's wifi or wireless@sg w/o logging in?

Yesterday I tried it with her iPhone 11 when she came back from shopping mall directly and feedback to me MR 4G not working, yes it auto connect to my home wifi as expected since WiFi is not turn off and WhatsApp and email all come in.

Then I switch off WiFi to cellular which have MR 4G full bar, and it don’t work with internet, website cannot be loaded, WhatsApp connecting forever.
Then I connect by Wifi and it work again, off Wifi again and tested On & Off Airplane mode don’t solve the issue. Restart the iPhone and yes the MR 4G is working again.

Lastly, I throw in the TPG free trial Sim in, its 4G is working just fine. Connect WiFi and off, fallback to 4G and data related apps still work.

Nevertheless, once giga come and fully ported then see how.

I have this problem too.For those who have 4g data problems ,u just need to 'reset' APNs under mobile network and the problems should be solved.Just press the "reset" and nothing needed to be set.If still not working, reboot your phone.

Erm... U might as well turn on & off airplane mode. It has the same effect, and works everytime for me to "reset" M1/MR network.

Erm... U might as well turn on & off airplane mode. It has the same effect, and works everytime for me to "reset" M1/MR network.

I will try this method next time,a while ago this 4g data problem happen to me again.

WiFi and 4G switched automatically. No need to switched off de.
