Continuing the service by one of the bro here,

I'm offering help to cut Regular/Micro SIM to Nano SIM for free for the bros here who requires conversion of the SIM card for their iPhone 5!

Free, short and simple cut process. However, please do not hold me liable if the SIM card does not function or spoils =:p, please understand as it's free.

If you were to prefer to cut it yourself, which I prefer as well, I could lend you on the spot and cut it yourself :)

There should be no issues, as I had helped to cut quite a few pieces already. All working fine in iPhone 5.

Just to clarify, there's 2 kinds of cutter, Normal SIM to nano SIM & Micro SIM to nano SIM. Both works perfectly, tried multiple times already.

Another noob question.

I am using IP4 now where it is running on 3G.

After cutting the sim card into nano sim, and use it on IP5s, will i still be able to get 4G connection?

Or is it still 3G?

TIA

Whether it run 3g only or 3g and LTE is control by telco, they are able to turn on regardless the size of sim card...

Put in this way, if u have LTE service, u need to cut to nano so that it can fit into 5s, then telco on their side just turn it on for u to use LTE...then in the event after u cut and still did not turn on, just call them to check and turn for u (to save the money of paying new nano sim)

Only if the above did not work, then consider to buy the new sim card from them.
Note that if u are using 12GB plan, it will run only 3G, telco will not turn on LTE for u especially M1, because they want to earn more money from u, want u to sign on new plan with 2GB

Thanks for the info.

For my case, I will be recontracting. Therefore I understand once I recontract, my 12gb will be reduced to 2.
But at the same time, I was hoping not to buy a new sim card. Instead to leverage on my existing normal sim card to cut into nano sim.

hi there did u managed to recontract without changing to a new sim? i am from M1 and currently using 4s and planning to recontract to 5s at mth end, was wondering if i could go cut outside instead of getting a new nano sim.
