I went to Bishan's counter at level 2 outside BHG and the nice lady agreed to cut my card for free even before I mention HWZ.

And because I thought I can use the cutout to put the sim card back to my old phone but the cutout portion was broken in the process, I have to put the cut sim card into my new phone. The lady was so kind to open a pack of adaptor just so that I can use the pin to extract the sim card holder from the new phone.

Very happy with the service and my sim card is working fine. Will keep in mind your outlets if I ever need any accessories. Thanks for the generosity!
