Need Advice On New Desktop Build

Hello Everyone, Friends, Auntie uncle Brother and Sister, I need advice on building a new desktop from the scratch. Will buy component in 12/Oct/2013 until then i will keep posting and update.

After doing many research and review on hardware, still don't understand some of few key thing. I will list it out slowly one by one, all you need is to click the link and see the spec, and tell me what to get and best build

Due to lack of posting, I could not link up the link for specifications
will update my post when i have enough right to post and link the motherboard hardware.

GPU of choice preferably Crossfire ATI processor (budget $800)
Gigabtye 7950 $380 per card
MSI R7950 $405 per card

Question:
if my dual graphic card running in x16, would the performers better?
if my dual graphic card running in x8, would the performers drop compare x16?
What else is better then those dual graphic card option above that is within $800 budget can suggest nvidia model?

After looking at MSI MotherBoard on their website like cool and their feature, is their product speak up to is true, or is appearances can be deceiving

Question:
Which M/B must I take and why?
which M/B best suit for the graphic card, weather is x16 or x8?

Monitor (budget $450 to $500)
Requirement
27"" with IPS screen

I thinking of getting 27"" with support of dual DVI input to max out the resolution of 2560 x 1600
Need advice where to shop and around how much?

Ram: (Budget $250)
2*8gb ram 1600mhz,
Question:
is it worth getting overclock ram?
will overclock increase my FPS and performers alot?

Storage: (budget $300)
2 SSD 128gb
if i use the motherboard on board Intel raid 0, will i have bottle neck?

Case & Power supply, ($200)
Casing and power supply any band will do.
how much Watt do i need for this build?
cos, base on dual 7950 it need at least of 700w, to play safe i get a 850w will it do the job?

Last of all, friend suggested i get all the part at tradepac.

Processor, don't intend to overclock until warrant is over.
For gaming platform almost in strategy game, where high memory is need.

You dont need an i7 to play games. Games do not utilize Hyper thread. An i5 will be more ideal for gaming needs.

Next if you dont intend to oc till your cpu warranty is over, my recommendations for you is just buy an non oc cpu. Plus if you are new to DIY, best not to oc till you know what you are actually doing.

Once 2 card runs on dual graphics it will be x8 instead of x16. There isn't 2 ways about it. But in terms of performance yes it is still better than a x16 single card.

Next if you are gonna have dual graphics card, you probably need a good monitor to go with it. Probably a 27inch and 1440P monitor to enjoy the graphics.

So about your rig, a non oc and an i5 cpu would suffice your needs.

Furthermore to oc you gotta spend even more on a better high speed rams, and a good AIO cooler to cool your cpu.

Next is the choice of motherboards, Z is meant for oc, Since you dont need an OC you might as well get the B85 board.

The another reason i wanted to get i7-4770k is i need the extra power to process background programming, should as rendering video to a NAS storage.
or doing some cheat engine stuff...

What review you read sia... GTX 770 is like a beefed up ver of 680, which is miles ahead of 660...

The thing is since you wont be oc till the end of the days of your warranty, the more you shouldnt be thinking about oc-ing your cpu after warranty period. You will reduce even further your lifespan and thus got to buy a new one again. And a gtx770 is not a base design gtx660. It is way further than you see.

And fyi cpu warranty is 3 years. After 3 years most probably you would just change your pc. No point ocing. The most importantly what are you looking for in OC-ing? If you say rendering and stuffs, an i7 non oc can do the same thing.
