Hope the prices drop overtime, esp 9800X3D chip and 5090 gpu.

B650M Gaming Plus Wifi is fine, its the bare minimum, not like the one with naked VRM that AS gave you.

im using this board with a R7 7700 non x @ 140W

vrm temps are below 60c

lol… initially my Gigabyte B650M gaming x wifi6E with 9800X3D only has 90 watts PPT limit. See your picture makes me feel bad lol.

B&H selling 9800X3D for S$630. Add another S$45 for shipping, total S$675. I think lowest i have seen. Even cheaper than newegg. I bought my 9950X from B&H also.

Anyway, what's with your fan RPM of 5150, 2603, and 3037? What kind of jet engine are you using?

Think locally techyard selling for 750 sgd with local warranty. Can negotiate with them one and maybe bring it down to below 700 if you buy aftershock stuff

Nice, hope the prices of these CPUs continue to fall. I think current CPUs are too good for gaming. 9800X3D and 7800X3D kinda overkill

Yes that’s the VRM. Anyway this is a full ATX board, and good ATX boards can have 16*+2+2 etc.

note that B650M vs B650 = micro ATX vs Full size ATX. Better make sure you search correct info for right motherboard.

not sure why the B650M has better VRM than the B850M variant.
