I have a budget of 1.5k,hoping to have an above average pc for playing league of legends with good fps,l4d2,minecraft and rpg games. Please suggest me essential parts including monitor,OS,which shop to buy the parts and where to find shops able to build it for me. Planning to overclock the pc too. If its within the budget , i would like a cool LED casing . Thanks in advance !!

1.5k to oc a bit hard. You probably need a good cooler to go with it and a good speed ram. So it should be out of the question. Best option will be non oc.

That mobo is for sli ... if you want to sli, den get it... not doing sli, no need get so high end...

That mobo is good. The thing is you may not fit in the budget at all. A MSI z87 gd65 + i5-4670k already $507. That is 1/3 of your budget gone. Yet you need to set aside your monitor and os.

Else is an Gigabyte gtx770 2gb ~ $665.

And you need a 600w PSU.
