i5 4570 and a B series board will do. You only need H if you plan to do raid.
For ram I would always go for 2x4gb kits over a single ram.

Do advise on budget and I'm sure we can give you a suitable build.

I'm assuming your budget is around 1.1k

Go for a b85 board if you are not going to do raid. You can go for single piece ram. Doesn't make much of a difference. You will not be able to feel it.

MSI b85m g43 + i5-4570 ~ $356
Crucial 8gb 1600mhz ~ $89
Reuse HDD
Plextor m5s 128gb ~ $135
Zotac gtx760 2gb ref card + superflower hx500 500w 80+ gold ~ $399
Samsung odd ~ $21
Fractal design arc midi ~ $129

Total ~ $1129

Go to PC themes but you will pay slightly more.

If you want you can go try tradepac. But be there when they fixing for you.

you want r9 270x is slightly decreasing in performance. If you dont mind then can ba.

The bundle for zotac is inclusive with a PSU.

if you have basics on setting up a com, take your time and attempt to do it.

nothing beats doing it yourself at times.

you have to know how to lower the price at tradepac.

bargain skills.

as for your question, mynextcom provide fix up service for your pc ($30). i think if you buy all parts from them you can request them to build for you for free. (you can try whatsapp them)

just visit mynextcomonline.com all details over there

Tradepac must check the items and conditions also.

Examples include:

When buying RAM, do not just check the packaging capacity and speed ratings, check the RAM module itself. What is on the packaging may not be what's inside. If you leave the shop before checking, GLHF to you.

Check whether the parts are used. Sometimes customers that go back to the shop to do exchange may get a replacement from TradePac. But TradePac won't return the alleged "faulty" item back to distributor for RMA. If they test and it's presumed working, they might just sell it off again.
