At 1st wanted intel processor but seem like that is a lot of other brands that is more cost efficient and better performance than Intel.

Graphics card i looking at nvida Geforce GTX 750. or is there some brands that are better or cheaper?

i hope to play games like BF4 on high end mode.

Budget if possible $1800- $2000
Keyboard and mouse don't need.
Monitor hopefully no need as well.
Therefore Budget purely on CPU only.

Thanks in advance to all the shifu !!!!

You wont need a 780ti onwards for a 1080p monitor.

From what i can see from all your post, you really know nothing much. (sorry if it sounds harsh, pardon for my insensitivity)

If nvidia is what you want

Msi b85 g43 gaming + i5-4570 ~ $384
Gskills ripjaws 1600mhz 2x4gb kit ~ $113
WD blue 1tb ~ $75
Crucial m500 240gb ~ $185 or ($155 from amazon)
Msi gtx780 3gb twin frozr ~ $735
Seaaonic g650 650w 80+ gold semi modular psu ~ $135
Corsair Obsidian 450D ~ $169
Samsung ODD ~ $21
Windows 7 home premium 64bit oem ~ $110

Total ~ $1927. Buy at tradepac. Diy

Optional
Dell s2340L 23inch eIPS panel ~ $219 (just in case your monitor is not even 1080p)
Msi r9 290 4gb twin frozr ~ $688 (a competitive model against the 780)
Fractal design arc midi ~ $129 (if you wanna save cost)

It depends on what games... For dota2, then need to turn on. If its metro LL, then no need coz fps is around 40-50 nia. Even for BF4, once u crank up to 4x MSAA and SSBO enabled, FPS is around 60-70 liao, with occasional drops.

He say he wanna play BF4, so in ultra, 4xMSAA and HSBO enabled, sure around 60fps range de.

It depends on the upper limit of your monitor. Some 60hz monitors can tahan up to 70fps then maybe start to show some minor tearing le.

Yes i7 for gaming currently is abit stupid since you won't need the hyperthreading in today's gaming and I7 is abit more expensive than the I5 by around $100. The difference between r9 290 and 780 are brands and prices. They both perform quite similar

Ram just stick with the crucial 8gb Jian recommened cause gaming won't need until 16gb. In addtion, you can't see the performance difference between the 1600mhz and 2400mhz, so might as well get the cheaper one
