where to find the setting?

1) Try this. Disconnect your Lan cable and then shut down your PC. If you are completely disconnected from the router and your PC doesn't boot up, then we can be sure that it was caused by a 'Wake-on-Lan' setting still turned on somewhere.

2) Worst comes to worst, you might have made a careless mistake of putting your power button to restart your PC instead of shutting it down or putting your PC to sleep or put your PC in Hibernation.

3) If options 1 & 2 still makes your PC boot up, then it could also be caused by either your mouse or keyboard being too sensitive. try taking out the USB for one of them to see if either with only the mouse or keyboard attached, the PC still turns on. If it is maybe with the keyboard, try switching to another USB port on your PC. Then you could also try pressing all the keys to make sure that they are all working. It could just be a case of a sensitive key that is responding for the littlest of vibrations.

when u set ErP Ready to Enabled, wake on lan & PME event wake up etc will be disabled too
the lan port will not have light when u shutdown

to enter uefi settings, start tapping DEL key during power on, especially during asus screen if u have it (before windows loading screen)
