My main OS SSD is working fine and fast.

I add in a Samsung EVO SSD 500gb as 2nd harddisk and everything seem like not normal to me. The serial no look funny and the system information all is NA.

is this normal?

Tks in advance.

I don't see a 500GB SSD in the magician app, more like 250GB one on SATAII connection. Is this SSD installed on the desktop with spec on the right?

have you checked if your sata port 2 is Marvell chip or Intel?

I suggest you change your storage hdd to the sata port 2 and change your ssd to sata 1 port

Your BIOS show OS SSD is in port 0, your 2TB HDD at port 1 and your new SSD at port 2.
Swap your HDD port with your new SSD port, for sandy bridge/ivy bridge only port 0 and port 1 is 6Gbps.

:s11:

Even on sata2 still got use can write about 350MB/s

Most ssd that use tlc, their real write speed drops to 350MB/s after 10GB. Benchmark dont write so much so u see 550MB/s

list your full system specs, if you expect proper troubleshooting advice.
