Need help with my PC

Hi i had a problem with my PC. I cannot power on at my house but when i send to servicing centre, it can be powered on at their centre. I already went down twice and i still cant power on.
I am running out of ideas on why it can be powered on at service centre but when i bring back i cannout turn it on. Would greatly appreciate any help or ideas on what to do.

Try other electricity oulets in your house.

I tried living room and another bedroom and it still cannot power on. Am beginnjng to wonder is it my house voltage issue

is the plug fuse blew?
try a different power cable

nope i think its the capacitor problem. i plug off my power plug and switch off the pc switch. i than press power and for few seconds and try plugging in and it works!

Then it’s nothing to do with the capacitors, do you what is the function of capacitors?

i think i drained out the power electricity inside the capacitor and than my pc can managed to be powered on

The power stored inside the psu capacitor will return to the power line after switch off. If it does not, i think your return line is faulty. You should check your power cable and/or ask an electrician to check home's power lines.
