Going Taiwan at the end of next month...
Keelung->Ruifang->Hualien->Taichung->Taipei
From Ruifang to Hualien, what are the available way of transport?
- Tze-Chiang Limited Express 402 towards to Zhi Ben
- Tze-Chiang Limited Express 404 towards to Taitung
Is there any other better opportunity?

Tze-Chiang Limited Express...Do I need to pre-book the train ticket?
Buy online ticket now or buy it on that day?

you can only buy ticket (online) 14 days in advance. It's usually better to buy in advance if not u might not have seats.

buy in advance not good? That's what i will do for popular routes wor. esp in and out of hualien. nearby just use 區間車 cheaper.

Sometimes it is more advance than advance

There is no direct train from ruifang. You need to go back to 八堵 to change train to 基隆

Pingxi Line time table:

TRA: input the to and from station you can see the available trains and their respective cost.
