Should just remove parental care leave.
There is a reason why those with children can’t get employed after leaving their current job..
Especially men. 3 weeks reservist and 5 weeks parental care leave plus 3 weeks annual leave. 11 weeks out of 52 weeks not at work.
Best is for them to stay home and employers hire foreigners.

My colleague has 2 kids.

First year: 4 mths Maternity leave, childcare leave + annual leave + sick leave
Second year: Repeat the same.

Have to bear in mind not everyone gets 18 or 21 days of annual leave to begin with. Some company only gives the minimum and it is actually very little for parents.

Those who don’t have children are not contributing to the TFR which in effect is contributing to the future of the nation.

When these people grow old, they will benefit from the children of the people they covered who will help clean their backside or help earn the dollars and pay the tax needed to subsidise their healthcare costs.

If they don’t contribute to TFR then they should find other ways to contribute.

then add in MCs and leave .. half a year no need to work..then expect to be promoted and ranked exceed expectations.

humans are amazing , demanding.

in the past , many of us came out fine. this is just entitlement, woke , demanding ridiculous stuff for pure selfish reasons. and you expect a company to pay your salary ? the scheme should be half pay then no pay past xx weeks.. the choice is up to parents. which is more important in their lives.
