Those who don't have children cannot sell house to people outside their age group . Fair?Damn, such entitled parents. Those who don't have children should not be covering the workloads of these parents.

Have to bear in mind not everyone gets 18 or 21 days of annual leave to begin with. Some company only gives the minimum and it is actually very little for parents.Thought all employees have annual leave? so cannot use annual leave to care for child?

in the past , many of us came out fine. this is just entitlement, woke , demanding ridiculous stuff for pure selfish reasons. and you expect a company to pay your salary ? the scheme should be half pay then no pay past xx weeks.. the choice is up to parents. which is more important in their lives.
