I did not figure it out. my car went in to workshop around 10:00Am and out around 18:00. the ERP auto deduction is about $6.xx and it state the car out time is around 14:10.
I did not say clearly earlier. at about 16:00, when I drove to the payment gate, before I insert the coupon, the pole lifted and I was drove half way through, then I realise and reverse the car.
so u put in the coupon but u also can't be sure whether they refunded anything?
Can't be sure. but from the Money deducted by Auto ERP, I highly suspect my car has exit and re-enter on that day. it looks the Second time slot is not charged.

good point raised . usually if i leave my car in workshop, i will take out my cashcard. so if they want to drive your car out to test, or go dabao food or wathever, they need to use their own cash card.
Can go bank to refund. If not need to mail in to nets then credit to bank

Ya fill up form wait for refund. As same nets @ braddell.I used up my card for some purchases and left with < $80 .... go MRT station customer service booth,for some reason, cannot get on-the-spot refund ..... even the lady in the booth was exasperated .... ended up still need to fill up paper form to refund
not worth the brain power to wonder mysteries in life.
Ya ... no point worrying over it ....
ATM can only be refunded after 48 hours of Last used time.
