I am same plan as you. For TV+ many channels are no longer available.Yup............![]()
my contract will end next month. called up to check too. but finds tv+ not easy for the elderly to use. CS say I can just continue with my current plan after contract ends. everything remains the same.

This is the good thing I like about Starhub, no bill shock after contract expires.
On the other hand, have you checked with the CS if you can recontract the existing plan (not TV+ pass) and get some benefits like 2 months free Fibre internet or things like that ?
no he did not. maybe wait and see whether they call to ask me re-contract
Unlike the positive experiences some of you had, the CSO I spoke to did not offer additional perks for renewal. She did hint that 11/11 will have more attractive promo.

Hi experts. I need big help pls. I just gotten my starhub TV+ setup box. Done the installing and setup. However when I wanted to watch the channels I subscribed, I got this error message:
Web_player_1
Error code for web player media error aborted.
And also another error message:
Player error.

This will be the start of your nightmare.
Soon u will encounter all kind of error codes and it happens quite frequently.
It was so bad that I have to cancel my subscription.

Simple thing just need to log out from the TV box then restart the box. Then log in again.
Yeah. 1 day can repeat the process 3-4 times.
It usually happens when u return from standby mode or when switching channels. Lousy piece of crap.
