I tried to apply two times via DBS mobile app, but immediately got a text message from DBS:

We are unable to process your Electronic Securities Application (ESA) on 18-06-2019 09:04:58. Please submit a new application via digibank online/mobile.

So then I applied via DBS website. DBS - �

if you see the 15k +$2 deducted from account, that's considered one application already.

to see if you made multiple applications you should check your bank accounts to see how many times they deducted the 15k. if the bank deducted more than once then its considered multiple application.

if the banking app crash halfway it shouldn't cause the 15k to be deducted.

Based on the ratio 1:2 and if 28 and 2 are successful for respective category, doesn’t it mean 56 and 4 applicants? Got so many sibey rich ppl.

It didn't crash half-way, but it deducted 15k + 2$ and then immediately refunded it back �

Actually if those fellas can throw in 1.5 mil, they will be AI category liaoz, won't it be easier for them just to ask their banker to do private placement for them instead of this retail placement?

Private placement need to pay banker a fee if you didn't know. Could be any negotiated amount.
