Any views on this year in June will there be a Astrea VI bond for public application or not??!
Doubtful. Temasek not looking for funding, and I suspect sgx given up on retail bond trading market.

Obviously no guarantees, but these companies were incorporated in September and October 2019

This Astrea V today's price is $1.15 and had paid out one distribution already.
Curious, if for example buy 10,000 units from the open market at $1.15, what is the actual yield that the buyer will be getting for his this 10,000 units bought at $1.15?!
But if use your this calculation method, the figure come out is very small at 0.0045 hence should be wrong.
So just for easy illustration is it for very $10,000 bought at $1.15, the actual yield is [($385 times 4.5) minus 1500] divide by 11500 divide by 4.5 years equals only 0.0045
So who knows what is the actual yield if example buy $10,000 at $1.15 currently?!
Who knows is my this own calculation method correct or not?
(385 times 4.5)minus 115 divide by 4.5 and divide by 10150 = 3.54 %
Hence is it the actual yield that I am getting if I buy example $10,000 from the open market at $1.15 and hold till maturity, then the actual yield I am getting is 3.54%?!
you calculate wrongly!
Is 10150 and not 11500
So who knows is it if buy $10,000 at $1.015, then the actual yield at $1.015 is 3.54%?!

Chey. you never check astreaV price is currently at $1.015

0.45% shld be correct. How long will we need to hold this for? 4.5 years?
He ownself typo expect me to chk if thr price is correct
The price is actually 1.015 n not 1.15, so yield will b higher
