if today Piermont is at One North, no need to say all, fully sold lioa.. not comparing the location, but more on the business park + uni concept..

Just compare a standalone development in changi vs a standalone development in CCR then. Not comparing the development concept but comparing the location...

You will know.

Going down to see this and ola this weekends. More leaning towards pdd than hospital.

nope, the dev increase price 2 rounds ady and its more than 81% sold..so dun think got chance for price reduction

Back then when it was first launch, many baulk at the high psf (above $1xxxpsf) of this project, but now many had acceptable it as a norm. With the upcoming EC launched, EC prices could trend upwards and $11xxpsf would be the new norm.
